The Champagne Laforge-Testa house is located in the Marne valley area, in Charly-sur-Marne.


At the gateway to the Champagne region vineyards, just one hour from Paris, you will enjoy exploring our lovely region, its valley and our Champagne coming from a unique clay-limestone soil.

Family owned for the last four generations, our work has successfully combined tradition and modern technology for the utmost respect of our patrimony. Environmentally-conscious, we, have opted for a sustainable grape growing, the guarantee of a high quality grapes.

Our plain and elegant dressing puts the emphasis on the perfect continuity of this Champagne house throughout history.


We greatly value the conduct on our estate, a rigorous work
from the pruning to the harvest
allows us to harvest great quality grapes.
Our house remains faithful to the traditional Champagne press.

  • Cuvée Grand Réserve

    Cuvée Grand Réserve

    50% Pinot Noir
    40% Chardonnay
    10% Pinot Meunier

    Aged for a minimum of 5 years

    Dosage: 10 g/l

    Tasting notes: Clear and bright, pale gold color, with fine bubbles and a nice ring. Pleasant nose of ripe white fruits, slightly stewed; with aeration appear brioche and roasting note. On the palate, the attack is frank, creamy reinforced by a great freshness; revealing the roasting note perceived on the nose. A balanced Champagne, harmoniously blended, with a nice structure and a good length.

    To drink: within 3 years.

    Food matching: ideal as an aperitif with toasts. It can also be served with light meals, seafood, soft white cheese, pancakes.

  • Brut Millésimé

    Brut Millésimé

    55% Pinot Noir
    45% Chardonnay

    Dosage: 10g/l

    Tasting notes: Straw yellow colour, clear and bright, green glints, with fine bubbles. The delicate and elegant nose evokes the white flowers, pear and vine peach; but also notes of honey and toast. The palate reveals an existing complexity: a rich wine expressing the white and yellow fruits perceived on the nose but also creamy and buttery accents. The finish is very long, revealing the dried fruits. A good overall balance.

    To drink: within 5 years

    Food matching: roasted sea bass with cream of sorrel.

  • Brut Rosé

    Brut Rosé

    70% Pinot Noir
    30% Chardonnay

    Aged for a minimum of 4 years

    Dosage: 10g/l

    Tasting notes: Clear and bright light orange pink color, with a delicate ring and fine bubbles. The nose is appealing, direct on stewed red fruits and ripe fruits; with aeration, appear notes of citrus and touches of blood oranges. The palate is soft, full-bodied, sweet and tasty; the sharpness of the flavours of the nose is recognized. The whole offers a very nice balance with a polished freshness accompanying the wine till the finish.

    To drink: within 2 years

    Food matching: it is the perfect accompaniment to all desserts, choux pastries, babas, sweet mousses.

  • Blanc de blancs

    Blanc de blancs

    100% Chardonnay

    Aged for a minimum of 6 years

    Dosage: 10 g/l

    Tasting notes: light yellow-golden color. The nose is young, pure and fruity with notes floral and mineral. The taste is elegant with aromas of citrus and peach.

    To drink: within 3 years

    Food matching: ideal as an aperitif. It can also be served with spiny lobster.

  • Côteaux Champenois

    Côteaux Champenois

    A red wine, 100% Pinot Noir, is made from a plot of 25 years and vinified and matured in oak barrel.

    Tasting notes: light ruby red colour, some toasty notes, vanilla and red berries, sour cherry and almonds. The palate is light with fresh acidity, quite soft tannin.

    To drink: within 5 years.

    Food matching: this is the ideal red wine at a gastronomic feast accompanied by several, different Laforge Testa Champagnes with its divers styles or levels of sweetness. It is the perfect accompaniment red meats and cheeses.

Some news from our house

As always, climate has played a fundamental role for our grapes.
The 2023 harvest was therefore an atypical year.
The rest of the story will be written in 2024 during our assemblies to then make you happy in a few years.
In the meantime, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Good Year 2024.
